To ensure we can process your order promptly, please include your name and the invoice number in the payment description.

As soon as we receive the payment and begin production, we will, of course, notify you.

You can also pay securely, easily, and quickly with PayPal. To use this service, you must be logged in or registered with PayPal.

Payment is made easily during the checkout process.

Please note that the merchandise will not be produced and shipped until payment has been received.

Shipping

All shipments are insured and sent via DHL, with the exception of small individual parts of our products.

The flat-rate shipping and handling fees are as follows:

• €4.90 within Germany; free shipping on orders over €200
• €14.90 within the EU
• €17.90 to Switzerland (Any customs duties that may apply are the customer’s responsibility!)
